ALL ABOUT POSEIDON'S PALACE

Building YOUR Aquarium the way YOU want it
Poseidons Palace the place to get Poseidons Aquariums

Welcome to Poseidon's Palace, as a keen aquarist for the last 20+ years I thought it was about time that I put some of my experience to use, and if possible pass it on to those less experienced.

I also decided that it was about time that I started making my own aquariums as paying shop prices was out of the question, I have since found a glass supplier that can provide me with the glass at a rate cheap enough to manufacture for other people.

All aquariums are manufactured using top quality HA6 aquarium sealant designed for marine applications and the choice of either Standard Pilkingtons  Float Glass or Optiwhite(TM) Glass.

The reason I named the site Poseidon's Palace is because I have always liked Greek mythology. Poseidon is the Greek God of the sea and a Palace is a place of beauty.

Ergo, an aquarium, is full of water, in the case of a marine aquarium this would be salt seawater (Poseidon), and the possible aquascapes that can be designed make some aquariums a place of beauty (Palace).

Here is some of our customer tanks

^-^ guys, apologies  to all (especially Kev who had introduced me to the forum in the first place) who may have been trying to contact me.

I had a very busy couple of weeks leading upto christmas which was good but had a fairly slow start to the new year, no so good...

Then I found out that my glass supplier had opened another branch nearer to where I live so I asked if I could now get my glass orders from them.

Sounded good at the time at least that is what I thought...  ???

When i ordered my first 4 tanks for the new year my prices had nearly doubled...  :a102: so i thought i had better not list and keep a low profile whilst I tried to figure out what was going on.

After many emails back and forth  :41: and excel spreadsheet calculations showing how I worked out the prices I thought I should be paying and insisting they talk to the branch i have finally got the prices i was paying previously :whoo:.

I am glad to say that the doors are now well and truly open.

Cheers

Jez

Things could soon start to look a whole lot rosier than they have for a while  :93:

If my hardwork starts to pay off in the next couple of weeks it may be that I become the sole supplier to a chain of Garra Ruffa Fish Spa outlets based in the Canary Islands.   :49: :bravo_2:

If this does become a reality then this is also good for the rest of you as it means i will be required to manufacture between 500 - 1000 a year  :c029: which then gives me the leverage i need to ask the glass supplier to reduce my prices.

Therefore making the prices I charge you guys less  :whoo:

Here's hoping  ;)
