Arduino nokia 3310 controller build

Arduino nokia 5110 controller build

The build was found on another forum and built, was a great build got to share it, ideal for a twin light led or t5 even halides dimming system providing you have dimming ballasts or pwm led driver for leds

This was the parts used for the build

Arduino board atmega328

Nokia 3310 shield

Protoshield

As well as the above the hardware list that you also need is

DS1307 RTC
32.768 khz crystal for rtc
CR2032 battery holder
DS18B20 temp sensor
ICL7667CPAZ Mosfet driver dual channel

1 x 4K7 Resistor for temp sensor
2 x 10k Resistors for RTC
1 x 220R Resistor for second timing led
Small led

All of which is available at rs or maplins even esr electronics

As the arduino supplies an 0-5v supply some drivers require 0-10v this pic will show yo how to convert the 0-5 to 0-10v




When building the proto shield you MUST remember to cut these tracks



The protoboard ignore the red wire was used for testing
